Coogee Yoga is a community based yoga studio that welcomes all ages and abilities. Our highly experienced Iyengar Yoga teachers are ready to introduce you to the benefits of Iyengar Yoga and help you on your journey to bring balance and alignment to your physical and mental being.

Coogee Yoga is a boutique yoga studio, offering quality teaching of yoga in the Iyengar method in a light, warm and welcoming space. There is a strong focus on practice based learning where students are taught how to develop a safe and systematic progression into yoga postures.  There is no need to feel intimidated by large classes.  Our small classes allow for a more personalised experience and greater attention given to your needs.

You don't need to be flexible or 'physically' inclined to benefit from the principles and methods of yoga developed by B.K.S. Iyengar (1918 - 2014).

Practicing his method of yoga, even for a short period of time, will improve your balance and flexibility, increase your stamina and strength and bring that awareness into your daily life.

We have a range of classes and courses to suit everybody’s needs and every stage of life. From yoga for teenagers, beginner, general and restorative classes, beginner courses to more advanced level 2 courses.
