intro to backbends

Here is a sequence I created for the Iyengar Yoga Australia Association. It is an introduction to Backbends. Some knowledge of the poses is required in order for you to perform them correctly. Do not go beyond your capabilities.

IMPORTANT - Do not do backbends if suffering from high blood pressure, or other serious illness, nor during menstruation or pregnancy.
