We offer in Studio classes located in beautiful Coogee and with Prepaid pre-bookings only to attend our studio classes as we have a limit on how many students can attend.
Cancellations and reschedules done anytime UP TO 2 hours before the start of the class will be granted. Cancellations can't be made after that 2 hour cutoff. No refunds for missing a booked class.
Prior to starting the class, advise your teacher if you have any health problems, injuries or are menstruating or pregnant.

Pre-book your spot via our Kriya booking system - cancellations open up to 2hrs prior to class start time
Try to arrive 10 minutes before the class start time, use provided hand sanitiser before and after class
(reminder parking in Coogee can be a challenge on some days and times!)
Please bring your own mat and props if you prefer but the studio is fully equipped
ALWAYS Bring a TOWEL for covering the bolster
Please switch off mobile phones and leave your shoes at the front door before entering the class
For your first time at the studio you will need to fill out a waiver form
Please comply with teachers instructions for safety and respect of others in the class
All props used will need to be cleaned before and after class with detergent and disinfectant
Practice with an open mind and respect for all fellow students

For your first visit:
Arrive 10 minutes early so we can say hello and get you settled in - you will also need to sign our waiver form and declare any injuries to assist the teacher in guiding you through the class.
Bring a towel to cover the bolster

Parking Tips: Street parking is available, but it can be tricky (it’s Coogee, after all!). Please note: No parking is allowed on the Parish Grounds.

DESCRIPTION OF CLASSES
Beginners
For first timers to yoga and the Iyengar method or for those who simply want to ease back into practice. Classes are focused on introducing and consolidating yoga foundations. Suitable for people of all ages and any levels of fitness.
open level
Designed for all levels of students, every student will be integrated into the class. Whether a beginner, limited in movement or more experienced in practice, the class will be designed that you can work at your level.
GENERAL/EXPERIENCED
These classes are designed for students with at least 1 years Iyengar Yoga experience and who are interested in developing their yoga practice further. These classes are aimed at developing further confidence in poses and refining techniques and will include the practice of inversions, backbends and pranayama.
RESTORATIVE
This restorative yoga class facilitates deep relaxation, to help us restore and renew energy levels. With the use of props we will explore various poses to support the body enabling a deeper sense of relaxation, giving the brain the opportunity to quieten, and enabling both the body and mind to repair, restore and revitalise itself. This class is suitable for all levels of experience.
